UAEHealthPro exists for one reason: healthcare professionals routinely spend money on the wrong licensing pathway because nobody told them the truth about their profile early enough. We tell you first.
Why we exist
Search for what a UAE healthcare licence costs and you will find one page quoting AED 2,000 and another quoting AED 30,000 — sometimes the same page quoting both. Ask which authority applies to you and most answers are some version of "it depends", with no explanation of what it depends on.
So people guess. They start the wrong authority's process because a friend used it. They order a Good Standing Certificate on day one and watch it expire during verification. They pay for an assessment their professional category never required. They apply under a title their training does not support and wait weeks for a rejection that was predictable from the start.
None of that is the applicant's fault. It is what happens when the information available is vague, contradictory, or written to sell rather than to inform.
It is spending three months and several thousand dirhams on a route that was never going to work — and only finding out at the end.

Authority fees and processing times appear on our pages with a link to the government page they came from and the date they were last checked. Most consultancies ask you to enquire. We would rather you could verify.
See how fees workWhere an authority publishes a figure, we mark it official. Where no single figure exists and we are giving a range, we mark it indicative. You always know which one you are reading.
If your profile does not fit the route you are aiming for, you will hear that in the first conversation, along with what would need to change. A free no beats a paid rejection.
Licensing, verification and assessment results belong to the authority. We will not tell you otherwise to win your business, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Where roles are listed here we act as a listing facilitator. The hiring facility decides on availability, interviews and offers. We are not the employer unless a listing says so explicitly.
DataFlow and other primary source verification providers run their own process and reach their own conclusions. We help you prepare for it; we do not influence the result.
There is no route that skips verification, bypasses eligibility requirements or accelerates an authority's decision. Anyone offering one is not describing a real process.

No. UAEHealthPro is a private, independent consultancy. We are not DHA, MOHAP, DOH, SHA, CDA, DHCC, DataFlow or Prometric, and we are not an agent of, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of them.
No. Licensing decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE authority under its own rules, verification and review. Any consultancy promising approval is selling something it does not control.
We work out which authority pathway applies to your profile, what that route genuinely requires, and what it costs — then support you through documents, verification, assessment and the application itself.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Most of the professionals we work with are outside the UAE when they start, and the whole review runs by WhatsApp and email.
From paid support on cases that need it. The initial profile review and pathway guidance carry no charge, and any paid scope is agreed with you in writing before work begins.
So you can check them. Every figure we publish carries the authority page it came from and the date it was last verified, and figures we cannot source officially are labelled as compiled ranges rather than presented as fact.
