Who we are

UAEHealthPro ("UAEHealthPro", "we", "us") is an independent healthcare licensing consultancy based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not a government authority and we are not affiliated with DHA, MOHAP, DOH, SHA, CDA, DHCC or DataFlow.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@uaehealthpro.com.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to the enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover the websites of the licensing authorities, verification providers or employers we may link to; those organisations handle your information under their own policies.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This website has no user accounts, no document or file uploads, and no payment processing.

Eligibility check form

To review your licensing pathway we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, email address, current country and nationality; your profession, specialty, highest qualification and graduation year; your total and recent clinical experience; the country of your current or last professional licence; whether you hold a Good Standing Certificate, whether DataFlow is complete, and whether you have held a UAE licence before; your target authority and emirate, your case type, and anything else you tell us in the free-text field.

Some of this is information about your professional history and qualifications. We ask for it only because the licensing pathway genuinely depends on it, and we ask for the minimum that lets us give you a useful answer.

Contact form

Your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the subject you select, and your message.

Job posting form

For facilities submitting a role: facility name and type, contact person, email, WhatsApp number, emirate, and the role details you provide. Facility contact details are never displayed on public job pages.

Technical information

When you submit a form we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address. We use it only to detect automated abuse and to rate-limit submissions.

Why we use your information, and our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form. You can withdraw it at any time — see "Your rights" below.

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and identify the licensing pathway relevant to your profile;
• explain the documents, verification steps and next actions that apply to your case;
• follow up by email, phone or WhatsApp about that enquiry;
• review submitted job listings before any of them are published; and
• protect the website from spam and automated abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your information is accessible to UAEHealthPro staff working on your enquiry, and is stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger), which processes it on our behalf under its own security obligations.

We share information beyond that only when you ask us to — for example if you instruct us to act for you with a licensing authority, verification provider or employer — or where we are required to by law.

International transfers

UAEHealthPro operates from the UAE, but our hosting infrastructure may store or process data on servers located outside the UAE. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with UAE data protection requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your case and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return with a related question. If you tell us you no longer want us to hold your information, we delete it — see below.

Rate-limiting records containing hashed IP addresses are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, administrative access is password-protected with hashed credentials, and the directories holding configuration and stored enquiries are blocked from web access. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored in the clear.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. It sets no cookies for visitors browsing public pages. A session cookie is used only within the private administrative area, which is not accessible to site visitors.

If we introduce website analytics in future, we will update this section before doing so and describe what is collected and how to opt out.

Third-party links and WhatsApp

Our pages link to authority and verification websites, and our WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Once you leave this website, the destination organisation's own privacy policy applies. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its terms, and we receive the phone number you contact us from.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• ask us to restrict or stop processing it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, which stops further processing but does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
• request your information in a portable format; and
• object to processing in the circumstances the law allows.

To exercise any of these, email info@uaehealthpro.com with your request. Please include the reference number shown when you submitted your enquiry, if you have it, so we can locate your record. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
