1. Who we are

This website is operated by UAEHealthPro ("UAEHealthPro", "we", "us"), an independent healthcare licensing consultancy based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. We are not a government authority

UAEHealthPro is a private consultancy. We are not DHA, MOHAP, DOH, HAAD, SHA, CDA, DHCC, DataFlow, Prometric or any other regulator, authority or verification provider, and we are not an agent of, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of them.

Authority names appear on this site only to describe the licensing pathways we help people understand. All trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. What we provide — and what we cannot

We provide guidance: reviewing your professional profile, explaining which authority pathway may apply, outlining document readiness, and describing the steps involved in verification, assessment and application.

We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• that a licence, registration or eligibility application will be approved;
• that a DataFlow or primary-source verification report will return a particular result;
• that you will pass any exam or assessment;
• any specific processing time or timeline; or
• employment, placement, an interview or a job offer.

These decisions are made solely by the relevant authority, verification provider, examination body or employer, applying their own rules and review. Any timeline or cost we discuss is an estimate based on the information you give us, not a commitment.

4. Information on this website is general

Content on this site is published for general information. UAE healthcare licensing requirements change, and the requirements that apply to you depend on your profession, title, specialty, qualifications, experience, intended emirate and case type.

Nothing here is legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority before acting. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free at any given moment.

5. Your responsibilities

When you use this site and our services, you agree to:

• provide accurate, truthful and complete information about your qualifications, experience and licensing history;
• tell us promptly if anything you have told us changes;
• not submit information about another person without their permission;
• not use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, misleading or fraudulent content; and
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or interfere with its normal operation.

Guidance we give is only as reliable as the information it is based on. Inaccurate or incomplete information from you may lead to guidance that does not fit your actual case, and we are not responsible for that outcome.

6. Enquiries and documents

This website does not accept document, certificate or CV uploads, and we will never ask you to send identity documents or payment details through a web form on this site. If you receive such a request claiming to be from UAEHealthPro, treat it as fraudulent and contact us directly.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Any paid engagement is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope and fees.

7. Fees

No payment is taken through this website. Initial profile review and pathway guidance are provided without charge. Where a case requires paid support, the scope and fee are confirmed with you before any work begins.

Fees charged by authorities, verification providers and examination bodies are separate from ours, are set by those organisations, and may change without notice.

8. Healthcare job listings

Where roles are listed on this site, UAEHealthPro acts as a listing facilitator, not as the employer, unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

UAEHealthPro is not the direct employer unless clearly stated. Job availability, salary and final hiring decisions are subject to the hiring clinic, hospital or facility.

Submitted roles are reviewed before publication and are never published automatically. We may decline, edit or remove any listing, and we may contact the submitting facility to verify details. Facilities submitting a role confirm that the vacancy is genuine and that they are authorised to advertise it.

9. Exam preparation material

Study material is for preparation support only and does not guarantee exam results or license approval. License approval and exam results are subject to the relevant authority and candidate performance.

Any material we make available is for personal preparation only. It may not be copied, resold, redistributed or shared, and it does not replace the official syllabus or guidance published by the relevant authority or examination body.

10. Intellectual property

The content, structure, design and code of this website belong to UAEHealthPro or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy content from this site without our written permission.

11. Third-party links

We link to authority, verification and other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and a link does not imply endorsement or any relationship with them.

12. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any page, listing or resource, at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAEHealthPro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, employment or savings, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
